How it works
- You request a quote on the website, through TAPIA or on WhatsApp, giving origin, destination, pieces and weight.
- Your local branch schedules the pickup, or you drop off at the counter.
- The parcel travels on the day's route to the distribution center in Regente Feijó and from there to the destination branch.
- Delivery within 18 hours in network cities, with proof of delivery and tracking on the portal.

What is the maximum weight for an express parcel?
There is no fixed limit: packages up to 30 kg travel as parcels; above that the team quotes it as LTL freight, in the same request.
Can I ship to a city that is not on the list?
The network covers 104 locations in SP, PR and MS. For other destinations, the central office evaluates connecting partners. Ask when requesting your quote.
How do I know it has arrived?
Through tracking on the website, with the shipper's CNPJ, the invoice number and the tracking password, and through the signed proof of delivery.
