Who we are
TAP Transportes started in 2001 in Presidente Prudente, founded by Paulo Barreto to provide fast, well-executed road transport for people and businesses across the region.
Today distribution runs from Presidente Prudente and 20 branches and bases in western São Paulo state, northern Paraná and Mato Grosso do Sul, serving 104 locations with daily routes and fixed service days in smaller towns.

Up to 18 hours for the cities we serve. Some smaller towns have fixed delivery days, for example Tuesday and Thursday. Those days are shown next to each city under cities served.
Right here on the website, under Tracking: enter the shipper's CNPJ or CPF, the invoice number and the tracking password provided by TAP. It is always those three details. TAPIA, in the corner of the screen, can also take you there.
Only while the freight has not yet been paid. In that case the current payer must file a disagreement statement within the period allowed by SEFAZ. After payment the change is no longer possible. Contact the branch that issued the CT-e for guidance.
